2. Guest cancellations
If a guest cancels a reservation, a refund or date change may be offered according to the conditions shown at the time of booking.

When possible, we may offer new dates instead of a refund, depending on availability and season.
4. Add-ons and meal extras
Refunds for optional extras, meals or add-on services depend on whether the service has already been prepared, purchased or delivered.
5. Cancellation by Cedar Farm
If we cannot provide the booked stay for reasons on our side, we will offer a date change, a reasonable alternative or a refund of the paid amount.
6. Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the guest’s bank and the card issuer.
7. Non-refundable cases
Some special rates, seasonal offers or custom bookings may be non-refundable. If so, this will be stated clearly before payment.

Card payments and refunds may be processed through Stripe. The final posting time depends on the payment provider and the guest’s bank.
