Refund & Cancellation
Stripe usually expects visible refund / cancellation rules, contact details and clear payment flow language on the site.
We understand that plans may change and always aim to offer flexibility where possible.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made one week in advance will receive a 50% refund.
For cancellations within three days of the start date, refunds are not available; however, we are pleased to offer the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future experience, subject to availability. Credits are valid for 6 months from the original booking dat
